The short version
Right now this is a waitlist page. If you join, we store your email address and which language version of the site you used. That is the entire dataset.
What we collect
Your email address, the language you signed up in, and the date you signed up. We do not ask for your name, your policy number, your phone number, or anything about your claim — and please do not send those to us at this stage.
Why
To email you once, when Ladai opens to users. We will not add you to a newsletter, sell the list, or share it with any insurer, broker or third party.
Analytics
If you allow it, we load Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. If you decline, no analytics scripts load at all. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Where it lives
In Google Cloud Firestore, in Google's Mumbai (asia-south1) region. Only we can read it.
Getting it deleted
Email us and we will delete your entry. No questions, no retention period — under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 that is your right and we are not going to make you work for it.
When the product opens
Claim documents are sensitive personal data. Before Ladai handles a single one, this page will be replaced with a full notice covering purpose, retention, processors and grievance-officer details, as the DPDP Act requires. We are telling you now so you know it is not an afterthought.
